Perfectly balanced and unique without being gimmicky. Every single bite of food was delish. Creative layering of flavors AND spot-on execution. The standouts for us were the fried eggplant crispy golden pillows of melt-in-your-mouth savoriness and the burnt grapefruit and «tonic snow» dessert — what an unexpected dare I say mind blowing , utterly delightful combination of bitter and sweet!
Service was faultless — professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Pacing was likewise perfectly timed. The food is excellent. The staff is great.

The service was thoughtful, the staff were mindful of pacing our meal, and each dish was unique and exquisite. Every dish was a visual experience utilizing varying colors, textures, and serving plates. Our table was nearly silent throughout our meal at Plant.
