Perfectly balanced and unique without being gimmicky. Every single bite of food was delish. Creative layering of flavors AND spot-on execution. The standouts for us were the fried eggplant crispy golden pillows of melt-in-your-mouth savoriness and the burnt grapefruit and «tonic snow» dessert — what an unexpected dare I say mind blowing , utterly delightful combination of bitter and sweet!
